Just wanted to pop in and say that the "Drake's Raid" re-enactment in St. Augustine last weekend was great!
This was my first 16th century event and St. Augustine is a fine place to do such things. This re-enactment and "Searles Raid" are the only two where they allow you to "fight" up the street. Swordsmen, Pikemen and Musket and Calivermen battle up St. George's Street.
Hot weather, hot work and great fun! :thumbsup:
