Drawer pulls for a horn?

Hate to ask a stupid question, again, But...
Where would i find those cool ringed drawer pulls? The ones that are screwed into the horn that straps are attached to.
I went to the local big box hardware stores and a couple of smaller ones, but no luck. I've even googled "drawer pulls", but spent half an hour looking at kitchen cabinet pulls.

Thought i looked a little better, but it must have been hiding right in front of me. And I wasn't even drunk. Go figure.
