I see some postings lately about GM drop-in barrels for TC's. The Track of the Wolf website and the GM barrel wesites don't list them anymore. Is there a supplier that still has them in stock?

both places list them, midway to, just on back order.
midway is back ordered to 10-26-09. but i bet it is longer. :(

Track hasn't had any in 2 years and the same with GM. I don't think they are making them anymore. I can't buy the parts and put it together for 3 times the price for the drop-in.

I understand GM is busy filling gov't orders for military barrels.

Earlier this year, TOW didn't have the .54X1" flint drop in I wanted so I bought from them a GM .54 per-suction, bought a flint breechplug and paid them to install the bp. Anyone want a 1" TC per-suction breechplug for $10 and frt?

TOW can also sell a barrel, parts and installation to make another manufacturer's barrel drop in.

Good luck
TC

Don't recall who, or where on the site, but recently someone reported getting a custom 58 cal drop-in directly from the TC custom shop. No recollection of price, but I do recall that the custom shop forecast a several month delivery time, but in fact delivered it in a couple of weeks.

Here is one barrel source.

Track has the percussion and flint breech plugs. Under lug is easy to do and I'm sure Oregon can cut sight dovetails. Rib is available from many suppliers.

or you can get the complete drop in as shown in this link;

Green Mountain website shows various 32, 40 and 54 cal barrels in stock.

Other barrels don't seem to be in production. I have had a 58 barrel on order from Midway since Dec. 2008.
