It took me a moment to see that it was a stack barreled gonne. I did not know anything like that existed, but there it is!

It is a lovely gonne. It solves some of the problems associated with the double barreled flinter, ie, too wide at the breach. However I do like the wide breach.

Take a close look at the locks as well. Obviously because it is an O/U, the pans are very different. Neat and well preserved gun. Thanks for sharing.
 
An over-under gun is a "Bock". Erttel (I think it's Johann Georg...I don't remember for sure) is a pretty well known gunmaker. Originally (or at least at some point) worked in Dresden, I believe the Erttels were a big gunmaking family there. I have photos of several guns made by the Erttels in Dresden. I don't know at what point he moved to Amsterdam. Someone with Heer's book can tell you.
