By Dutch Fowler you may mean:
Hudson Valley Fowler- 1720-1770?
Made in Holland and imported fowler or trade gun? Dates?
Made in Holland and brought here by Dutch settlers? This would be very early.

By saying Dutch fowler how early are you talking? Leonard Day in Mass. does some nice kits of mid 17th century Dutch guns. Here are a couple pics of one I built about 2 years ago.
