Most were 1-48, I got mine in 82. TC miss the boat on the 1-66 RB barrels. People were taking off the breechplugs(why you can't get them now) and putting them on Green MT barrels, so Tc changed the treads, then they cane out with their RB barrels(1-66). I shot against these guns,TC stock,GMT barrels(1-66). When I first went to Log Cabin in 82 their was some hawkin guns that were made at Cherry Corners,O. Also my buddy had a hawkin that was called a Buckeye Iof 500, the only one I every saw. It was almost the same as a White MT, could have been the forerunner of it. I thinking it may have come from cherry corners, not sure. I think it had the 1-48 as it would RB real good. It had the short barrel 20 some inches. We shot it 90yrds with RB 90 grs of 2ff and it was in the bull, He had a scope on it as his eyes weren't that good at the time, sickness. When his eyes were good I saw him shoot stones in air, with 22 I was tossing them. He is gone now. Roy Horn. Dilly
