To plan a week long rendezvous, I've got to reserve the time well in advance to make arrangements with work etc. Anybody know where it is expected to be? They probably voted on it last fall.

I understand it will be held in the same parking lot in Ohio that it was held in two years ago. Nice flat location, but scenic it wasn't. I particularly liked the security lights at the nearby farms at night.

I heard that plans are to have the 2011 Eastern on a farm near Surry, VA.

You are correct. Booshway is R.A. Flick and the event will be held near Surrey, VA. About 45 minutes from Colonial Williamsburg.
