Enfield Smoothbore

Does anyone have any first hand experience with Indian made Enfield smoothbores? The one I'm looking at says "12" or 12 gauge on the barrel, but it's. 65 caliber. Could I find wads for it? Thanks

Being a 65 caliber, the wads for a 16 gauge (0.663) will be a tight fit. Of course, a tight fit for a smoothbore is generally an acceptable fit. Lots of vendors sell 16 gauge wads and cards.

I was thinking on buying one of these and seeing if the spare Parker Hale lock would fit in it.Would make a nice smooth bore deer gun
