I have tried to find info about the markings on this wrist escutcheon. It is installed on a Brown Bess. The antique dealer I bought it from said the gun was an officers fusel. Any info would be helpful. I have many additional pictures too.

That should be a rack and battalion number to identify the musket and who was responsible for it.

Can we see more photos of the lock markings, the side plate and pictures of the full length of the musket?

Measure the gauge and length of the barrel.
