It is hard to tell. My avatar was taken by a photographer and he had a camera that sounded like a machine gun. He then picked the frame you see.
Other slow motion vids I have taken with my phone are way faster than this posted video. I thought about a hanger too.

Can you run it in actual time? Way too much prime powder ,but slow motion filming does not prove slow ignition.

I think that pan flash would easily result in a few burns on the shooters hand.
Love how the ball flattens out.

here is one i have posted before. this is actually a still photo my wife took of me shooting my SMR. the pan was lit before the ball escaped. this was a Bob roller lock and fast as lightning, but she cought it just right,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
Could you see even one spark? (I couldn’t). A good lock with a decent flint would have showered that pan with sizzling sparks and there would have beeen near immediate ignition.
I'm not positive but the memberberries are still somewhat thinking those are clips put together from a History channel show rather than one vid of a single shot.

Very educational! The excess powder knocked out of the pan by flint impact doesn't get away. The incandescent flame front catches up and ignites, toasting wood and metal finish, not to mention exposed shooter flesh, all while a tiny bit of burning powder at the flash hole does the work.
Very cool. I had no idea the pan powder flew around that much when the frizzen opened. Though, thinking about it, I think that actually helps ignition, no?
