Favorite tunes

Several years ago, me and a buddy were mess'n 'round on his 'puter check'n out different links of muzzleloader related content. One of tha "links" played real good music (might'a been Irish) while we browsed tha site, then my buddy switched to a different site and I been try'n ever sense to find tha one we were listen'n to.

It's been 3 years, and I still ain't found it agin!!

Any'a you fellas have a "link" thet you visit often, jest so ya can listen to tha music????

Are you lookin' fer fancy music from that time, or folk type music? The 18th century encompassed both the Baroque (1600-1750) and Classical (1750-1820) styles, which is easy enough ta come by. If yer a-lookin' fer more folky type tunes, I haven't found a good source fer them...YET! :thumbsup:

Both of these sites have a tune playing when you visit. The music credit at both sites goes to the same man, so if you like it maybe you can "google" the name for more.

Keith,.... Yeah, thet's sort'a what I had in mind!! I think what I heard several years ago included a dulcimer with tha other insturments, I don't think a dulcimar was an Irish musical insturment in tha 18th. century tho!!

I don't know classical from jaz, but I do enjoy a lively tune with a purty sound!! ::
