Was Hanson's book ever published in HB? I can't recall ever seeing one, but if they did I'll have to join you in the search.
I don't know. I wasn't aware it even existed until I read about it on the forum. There is also a new book called The Hawken Rifle by Bob Woodfill that is reviewed in the fall 2021 issue of Black Powder Cartridge News. I need to research that one. Has anyone here read it?
