The blade is made from 5160 leaf spring, the handle is dyed elk and 10 oz leather guard is wrought iron the butt cap is silver solder
the totol length 18 in
handle 4 half
the blade 1 half wide

What did you fill the back of the handle with?

BS i used silver solder,the electrical solder, i melt it in a big spoon, then take a heavy paper wrap it around to then fill sand polish
