While on the grease subject, I use beeswax/coconut oil firm mix in every other chamber instead of all six. Keeps the fowling down and no messy runny greasy goo on my guns.
Haven’t used filler either which adds another step in the loading process. Pam cooking spray on the arbor/cylinder pin keeps the cylinders spinning free longer before needing a wipe down.
 
I don’t shoot cap n ball much so just went simple powder wad and ball.
Side note, used same wad for lube in bp 43 spanish load.
 
I too tried filler for a while but it did not seem to make any difference in my accuracy I was shooting a Pietta target model 58 Remington. I never did get much better than about 4" grouping at 25 yards. I discovered I prefer the single shot pistols over the revolvers so eventually sold mine.
