Hey y'all,
Can you give me an idea what size brass sight I can get to put on my GPR? I am shopping Track of The Wolf and can't seem to find a brass front sight in .360 dovetail. Is there a size I can file down to fit? I also want to put a different buckhorn on the rear.
Thanks for your help.

I just got done putting a brass front sight on a GPR. In Tracks catalog it is listed as the Tall Blade Sight #FS-G-77-B. It fit fine, and after sighting in, peen the base into the dovetail to lock it in.

Your GPR dovetail is a metric measurememt & that is why you don't see one made for it on TOW. Just buy one a tad oversize that you like & file the site to fit the dovetail slot or the barrel to fit the sight. Normally one would file the sight & leave the barrel alone unless you want a std. size slot on the barrel so you can use other sights.
Just keep in mind if you go oversize you may go past what will work if you want to put a Lyman peep & a 17A sight on the front of it. :hmm:

Most metric fronts are 380 so pretty close to just file down, best bet is what another said and have someone that knows how open it up to a USA size giveing you a bunch to use. Fred :hatsoff:

TOTW responded to my inquiry and suggested some sights. I ordered a brass front blade and buckhorn rear. I'll have to file them to fit.
