I've heard that firing shot out of a modern rifled slug shotgun barrel destroys the pattern, but what about with a slower twist 1-in-66 ML barrel? Or a 1-in-48?

I have a friend who has a .60 rifled gun. He tried diffrent methods of firing shot out of it. Nothing really worked and he gave it up.

I've heard it will lead the bore and the rifling will deform the shot. I have never shot anything but a bore size patch/ball combo from a rifle for those reasons.
