Last evening was clear and cool and the boys were going bowhunting so I asked Kathie if she would mind if I went squirrel hunting instead of taking our evening walk together. Got to the woods and the colors were awesome, deep blue sky with wisps of white clouds, brown, red, gold, yellow, orange and green leaves on the trees, the forest floor carpeted with the same. I even remembered to bring the BT pouch of shot this time. Loaded up the fowler and off I went, picked off some wasp nest on the way back. Wasn
 
Well, maybe just a little better because I should have mentioned that I took the flintlock out before but found that I had left the shot at home. That
