Hardley used 45 caliber flintlock,unknow to me anything about it except the old guy that sold it to me was selling it for his friend and said that he made it??. NOT 1 thing wrong with anything and is as intended.I WAS going to try it but do well with the one that i win with so why bother. Just what i paid for it is the price.40.00 shipping

That's a beauty! What's the deal with the trigger? The mechanism is unfamiliar to me, the small hook in the rear of the guard particularly.

I believe what you’re referring to is simply a design element of the trigger. The trigger on my Ettore Russo .54 cal custom rifle is very similar.
