Flintlock Buck

Shot in middle Georgia today with a .54 flintlock at about 60 yards. .530 round ball under a .018 patch pushed by 80 grains Swiss FFG. Dropped on the spot.

Good buck for a flintlock. Nothing can quite compare with the thrill of dropping a deer with a flintlock. I'm a Georgia native and miss the great deer hunting that I enjoyed for decades in the Ga. woods.
