Forgot to add: The cock has a mainspring but it does not stay cocked. The frizzen works but the frizzen spring is weak
Does it have a actual pan? I can't tell from the photo if the pan is on the "barrel" or on the lock plate.

The pan is part of the breech plug. I will get a better pic but it will be tomorrow before I can post it as I am on the run this PM.
