Flints by Mr. Pierce

Could anyone tell me if Mr. Pierce is producing flints.
I enjoyed them in the past.

Mr.Pierce has stepped away ffom making flints. We do miss his flints.

Seems I read on here that he has taken time off for some reason or another. Not real sure. I do hope he is well and will be able to produce more flints. I have used some and like them. Also, and more importantly, in my limited experience with him he seems a stirling man with whom to do business. :thumbsup:

I would think that with Rich's skill and reputation that the flint business went from hobby to a job.

I got some of his last flints, a dozen 5/8" and 2 dozen 7/8".

Don't need them as yet so they are stored for now.

a pity about that ... he sent some flints to me some time ago and didn't expect to get paid until i decided i liked them. they're tremendous flints, and he's a living example of what 'customer service' is all about- he so stood behind his work that he sent it to a complete stranger with a send-a-check-if-you-like-'em.
