For Sale:
American Stocked Fowler built in the 1780-1790s time period. Stock is beautiful curly maple and mounts are all brass. British proof marks are on the barrel; which most likely means the gun was built from imported hardware or a recycled parts from in-period. Small areas of wood restoration on toe and sidewalls of barrel. There is engraving on the buttplate, triggerguard, and sideplate.
