forest land in VT

I'm in the market for a woodlot in Southern VT. Looking for 50 to 150 acres within 30 miles of Brattleboro. Doesn't need to have a pretty view, power lines access or even a spot that percs as I want it to hunt on and manage as a productive woodlot. Can be swampy and recently cut over too. If any of our VT or NH brothers at arms know of land for sale that meets these particulars I would be indebted to you. Thanks for all, GC

Do a realitor search for land in vermont and they may have several for sale

Have a friend who just moved to Andover,Vt. on Terrible Mt. try Andover Real Estate offices or Chester,Vt.

thank you SnakeEyes. Have googled and found some interesting lots but always like to round out searches with folks who have their feet on the ground. Hunters know a lot about who owns what and who might be interested in selling but just hasn't made the first moves to put it on the market. They may also want to have a neighbor next door who doesn't mind the report of a muzzleloader or who would invite them over to shoot. Let you all know my progress, GC
