The Fort Frederick 18th Century Market Fair is one of the biggest reenacting/living history events of its kind in the eastern U.S.. Last week I was camping at the 2013 version of the event and I'd like to share some of the goings on in a short series of videos. In this episode I'll give you the general tenor of the event by showing you the campgrounds and the vendors at the Market Fair.

In episode two of our series on the 2013 Fort Frederick 18th Century Market Fair, we'll take a look at the military re-enactors from the Maryland provincial troop manning the Fort for the event as well as one of the largest gatherings of Rogers Ranger's re-enactors in the country this year. We'll also look at some of the performers at the fair.

 Thanks for posting , I realy like seeing so many people into these events , down here our numbers are much lower. :) One thing though all you guys need to not shave for a couple of days previous , grow your hair plates and pony tails if not wear wigs or a modern hair extension tucked under your hats :) PLEASE POST MORE :)

Thank you for the great videos, i meet up with friends on friday there and had a graet time taking it all in. It is a wonderful way to start of the spring/summer flintlock adventures! See ya at Muddy Run on Saturday!!!

Duelist, thanks for posting the video of the shooting contest. I happened to be on the winning team. It is nice to see my friends shooting. It is rare that anyone can get close enough to a match to film one. Sorry you had problems with your gun during the match.

Many Klatch
