I went this morning. It is hot and humid but it is Friendship.

Just pulled in to the hotel in Madison. Decided I was still too weak from surgery to bring the camper. I’ll see you fellers on Sunday.

I’ve never been but have wanted to. Can’t make it next week but plan to go in September. Is it usually a problem finding lodging? I assume that there is a huge attendance. Any pointers in planning for the trip?

Staying at the Riverside Inn in Lawerenceburg. $75ish per night. Not a fancy place, but no issues. Today was my 1st time in Friendship, great place. Will go tomorrow, then head for SC on Monday.

It was great to meet you yesterday. Sorry we didn’t get to chat more, I was pretty worn out by then and left soon after. It was a bit too soon after surgery to have gone really but it was tons of fun. See you in the fall!!
