For sale one original British made 3rd pattern Brunswick rifle. This 1864 dated original rifle is in very good shooting condition. Bore is very good for being 157 years old. Lock is in very good clean condition also. This rifle was made in the first year of production for this pattern. This rifle is British made for the Indian government (The Raj) to arm Indian troops that didn't Mutiny with a rifled weapon. Production was from 1864-1871. This rifle has been cleaned and will provide years of good shooting fun. Included with this rifle is 2 modern stainless steel nipples, the original nipple that came with the gun, two Rifle Shoppe replacement side screws if you choose to use them, an original replacement mainspring (may require fitting if needed), a nipple protector, original nipple wrench/screwdriver, a flush nipple for cleaning, an Rifle Shoppe replacement ramrod (original is a few inches too short), Lastly two ball molds made by American Robert Bradley. The first mold is for the correct British belted round ball (.702 caliber), the second is for the Russian Kulikovski (K-Ball) Conical winged projectile. Asking price is $1100 shipped and insured (Or Best Offer). Looking to sell outright. Please feel free to email with any questions. Payment accepted can be in the form of Check, Money Order, or very discreet paypal. Thank you so very much for looking.

That is one cool old rifle! Thanks for sharing!

Howdy, LL,
That's a really neat rifle!
But what caught my interest was the nipple protector.
I googled it, and you won't believe what I found!
Where did you get yours, or did you make it yourself?
Thanks,
Brazos
Mine came from The Blockade Runner. It is for a Pattern '53 Enfield.
