Pecatonica River, which sells under its own name and through Track Of The Wolf, makes a fullstock for the Thompson-Center Hawken -- I don't know if it could be made to work with the New Englander. The round portion of the barrel would pose a problem. You might consider a full-length precarved stock with no inlet for the barrel or lock -- you could cut the length down and inlet your own parts. You're getting into the realm of actually building a gun from scratch, but even the stocks actually set up for T/C Hawken parts require full inletting of the buttplate and the completion of the inletting for the barrel, lock, etc. It's a question of to what degree you want to get into this, basically.
