Here is a butcher knife I re-handled with walnut scales and five small steel pins. I also made a sheath using copper rivets. The butcher knife has an unmarked blade and I was aiming for something somewhat period correct for the Rocky Mountain Fur Trade era. Comments are welcome. Not sure if photo bucket is going to work. Thanks

 
looks like it would fit right in a miller painting. I like it :thumbsup:
 
Thanks for the comments fellas! I have looked at a lot of Miller images and that's definitely the look I am shooting for.
