hello in camp, i just ordered a fusil de chase from veteran arms to go with my pedersoli indian trade musket. Does anyone have any experience with this company? Good or bad?

It will be a lot heavier than you expect. :wink: The stock wood from India that is used is heavy compared to Walnut, and a lot heavier than cherry or maple.

Well I told to treat it like a preassmbeld kit. Which is what I did. I completely redid the lock. And re finished the stock. I have not shot it yet. I hope to shoot it soon.

How does it feel weight and balance? I love the feel of this style but money is a big block to get one.

It is a little heavy, but it balances well. It is lonnnng.

I mainly intend to shoot shot out of it. I plan on using it for turkeys.
