Finally checking in here after lurking for a while. I'm located south of the Atlanta airport and am hoping the heat abates so I can get to the range to shoot a new pair of '58 Remingtons I just got (5.5 inch Piettas). I also shoot flintlock and percussion rifles, black powder .45-70s and a variety of smokeless guns. I've also been shooting traditional archery gear for over 50 years. I see there is lots to learn here and I check in every day or so. I look forward to contributing when I have something worth adding.

Welcome. I may look you up in October, when I head out to Atlanta to go hunting with my daughter. Last October, we were looking for a place to sight in our rifles the day before deer season, but didn't have time to find a place.

Stick around, you'll like it here. Bill

Welcome to the forum! I lived in Buford,Ga. from 1996 to 2011. The traffic turned my hair grey. Took me an hour to get to work and it was only 10 miles away!.

Welcome. I live about an hour or so north of Atl. You have found a good place for traditional muzzleloading. I also shoot traditional archery.
