I’m very glad I switched out my sights on my trusty “Kit Hawken”. I have been making steps to improve and it might be working.
I got Dutch Schultz’s book, and have been trying his system. I always brought up the rear in our club shoots, and often came in last.
Today, went to the range and fired 10 shots-time was a factor!
second 5 was the best, used 72 grains of 2F and .011 patch pillow ticking. Of course, I hosed up the last 2 shots.
bench rest at 50 yds.
but, I’m happy with the results. Might try a thicker patch, and hate the idea of weighing balls, but may give that a go.

Nice! You are getting their congrats!

Remember, front sight, front sight, front sight know where that front sight is when you pull the trigger AND through the shot!
