Above Uberti special-issue M1860 was offered 2013 as 150th commemorative; cased, w/ US & CS buckles, etc. Google it to see photos of what was offered at $1400.
Fast-forward, I picked one up unfired for $350; the gold-plate and high polish bluing is un-authentic but the action seems to be nicely tuned from the factory. Very tight and smooth. The improved-performance after-market cylinder fits perfectly, too. Anyone else have one they're using to shoot? The case was bit banged up, a widow sold it to guy I got it from. Beautiful burl walnut grips. Am making belts for the Eagle plate and CS interlocking buckle. BTW, the gold artwork is NOT inlaid, it's some sort of ultra thin applied gold "leaf". TG & BS gold plated, will be a fun shooter! Oh, has screws for shoulder stock.

post pics please...
I would, but don't have or use digital camera, and use library computer. This item is not for sale, just wanted to know if anyone else is using as a shooter instead of a "safe queen". Images can be found easily by googling America Remembers Gettysburg 1863 Revolver; prior sales & pics come up. Thanks.
