I looked on ebay and they seem to sell for $3.00 to $5.00 each. What are your thoughts?

For that few $ I'd keep it. Comes in handy and powder comes in plastic now. You can reuse.

I posted a picture of the shelves at the local Bass Pro showing the various cans of Pyrodex, and at the bottom is the 3 cans of Goex. Showing price etc.

Is that not what you are seeing?

Powder inc in Clarksville AR ships. They have a web site. Not sure of current $s. Price breaks at 5, 10 and 25 lbs as I recall. 3 or 4 can go together and get mixed like 2,3 & 4F way cheaper than $30+ tax.
