Goex Price has gone up

FYI...a case of Goex delivered to my door was $227 as recently as March'2004...(11 months ago)...today it's $258.

And it's $276 from the Maine Powder House.

I just picked up 2 cases 2 weeks ago..wasn't near that much..If you live close by you can save on hazerdous shipping fees :redthumb:

Don't know about hazmat, but the price of Goex per can went up

Hi guys; just reading this post and thought I'd let you know what us Canuks have to pay for that precious stuff. I checked with the fellow that I buy from last week. He said that the price was $18.50 plus 15% HST (Harmonizes Sales Tax :curse: :curse: ). Convert that to US $ at the present rate of exchange and it is approx. $ 17.23 US per 1 lb. :cry:
If it wasn't so darned much fun shooting the stuff, I'd be madder than a hornet. ::

Thats still cheaper than it is here if you can find it by the can . $18.98 US last time I bought a single can of FFFg

good thing i only live bout 20 miles from J&J Pyro in PA here....call them on monday and pick it up on tuesday....i think i was told 15.00 a pound....and i can order any amount up to 50 lbs......................bob

Don't understand that...it's only $10.24/lb delivered to me in Raleigh, NC...which includes the shipping, handling, and hazmat...J&J's Goex price per lb went up to $8.75 according to her voicemail last week

J&J's have a site? I just got some powder in from Graf&Sons, trying theirs out. It's $9.99 a pound and Goex is $10.59 a pound. Then ya got s&h and hazmat.

Just bought a can of Goex FFFg on Saturday. Price including tax went up to about $15.50 if I remember correctly. Had been about $14.25 or $14.50 before that.

Got to laugh. I was at the Southern Vermont Primitive Biathlon this weekend. On Sunday afternoon they gave away the door prizes, including 3 cans of Elephant powder. Door prize tickets were $2. You could almost hear everyone praying that their ticket wouldn't get drawn for the Elephant powder. Guess they figured the time spent cleaning their guns wasn't worth the discount price. :crackup: :crackup: :crackup:
