does anyone know what a good OD for a .75 caliber gonne would be I want to make some in 12l14 steel and c360 brass

Mine is 1 1/2" at the breech, tapering to 1" just before the flare at the muzzle. But I don't know what kind of steel it's made of.

Jumpshot, I recently got the same barrel. What did you use to attach your barrel to the tiller?

With my gonnes I do it one of two ways: I either shape the end to fit in the socket, or I drill a hole in the end and glue a dowel in it to serve as a peg, then shape it to make it a tight fit in the socket. That's what I did with my .75.
