I had a great day at the range with my 62 fusil. I shot this target at 25 yds. off hand.

I had a blast today - two other members of the ALRA invited me out to a ranch to shoot - I don't have a gun yet so they let me shoot their smoothbores - I didn't do any good with the bird shot shooting clay birds - but I held my own with round balls shooting at a gong about 40 yds away - using their guns I was able to hit the gong most of the time.

It was really great.

Ya gotta love smoothbore shooting. I took mine out to the monthly club shoot yesterday and shot all the regular rifle matches with it. I wish I could tell you that I was among the winners. But heck, I had a fine time. The weather was beautiful, and you can't beat that.
