fits the gun well.
What was interesting was the literature that came with it,
GM and KNIGHT guns seem to be one in the same!
Is this the same company that mass produces black plastic stocked I* L@$e guns ?

One of them owns the other...I think Knight owns GM...the ramrods that have shipped with my GM drop-in barrels thus far have been Knight anodized aluminum with chrome tips.

Probably why the barrel line was expanded a few years ago to include fast twist sabot barrels.

You thinks so RB... :hmm: Man I hope not. I knew that Green Mountain made all the barrels for Knight rifles but I didn't think they were one in the same.... If so, I'll never buy another GM barrel.
Can someone confirm this before I loose all hope for mankind :rotf:

Wow,
sounds like I kicked a beehive!

The paperwork definetly says Green mountain barrel works and Knight firearms, in several places!
Spooky.
My profits going towards un-lined isues??? :bull: :nono:  :shocked2:

I'm pretty sure there's some sort of relationship there, just not sure what...

You're joking about stopping buying GM barrels because of that, right...who else you gonna get them from?

Called and talked to Scott at Cain's Outdoor:

"...years ago Knight bought out GM, allegedly there were some clashes / problems, then EBSCO bought out Knight, GM got separated back out from Knight, and they both report to / are owned by EBSCO..."

Roundball,
not that it matters, but who is EBSCO and what do they make or do?

doesn't change my mind any, I wanted a GM barrel and I got one, mostly based on the performance results and opinions from forum members who have been very helpful in my selection, people like yourself!
Thanks for being here!

so in short...
Green Mountain is Green Mountain!

I can live with a parent company owning them.
