Somewhere I have an artsy book on gourd crafting. I'll have to look for it this evening. I remember drying seemed to be the hardest part. Soaked in melted wax on the inside. You'd need one with a neck to put the stopper in, seems like.

Here is the info I used for making mine. Pretty easy to do. Talking to folks some like to seal with beesway, I did mine like that. Others have used olive oil, or even parafin.
