WANTED GPR / Hawken Right hand Flinter in 50 or 54 caliber

Looking for Hawken or GPR flinter in 50 or 54 caliber. Right hand. Would consider TC but prefer Lyman GPR.

Kind of a 'yes and no' answer. Swap the percussion lock for a flint & buy a Lyman flint barrel & there ya are........for about what another gun would cost. Find an Italian flint breechplug and a flint lock & it 'might' be a bit cheaper but no guarantee everything would line up without additional machine work to make the plug line-up exactly right. Personally I think you'd be miles ahead to just wait on what you really want.
