I don't know if this is the right place to post so I'll just try and see what happens. Most of us who build/repair guns use older equipment and often have problems getting or making "obsolete " parts. I needed a left hand threaded acne threaded rod to machine a part from for my wood lathe tail stock . I found McMaster-Carr web site that had what I needed, but when I hit "
place order" the only thing that happened was a"waiting 'symbol cane up. I waited for three hours (actually went and got as load of cut offs for fire wood.). The waiting symbol was still there. I called the company,s phone number listed and got a service rep. She checked to see what the problem was and told me to try "place order "again and if it did not go through she would take the order over the phone. I did as she said, and the order went through . She said since it was still before noon with my area code, the order would be delivered tomorrow . That is great customer service for a small order from a first time customer!
