I just received a call from Midway informing me that a GM58 barrel I ordered in Dec 2008 has arrived at Midway and will ship today. They wanted to confirm that I still wanted it and, of course, I do.
Roundball had a post a month or so ago, quoting GM Management's intention not to produce any more barrels. It seems they are cleaning up their backorders at least.
This may be an opportunity. If Midway received a barrel that someone canceled it may be available.
