CLOSED "Green" Powder Horn -Reduced

Offering an older, but never used, powder horn -relatively straight and 11 inches length.
The horn has been filed to a thin walled and translucent body, which makes it easy to see the powder level in the horn when held to light. The overall color is green-ish with a darker tip. The spout and stopper are not very typical, using a threaded stopper of horn. Body of horn has a simple 4-panel design scratched and inked.
This came to me with a couple zinc-plated eyehooks, which I replaced with more traditional iron staples.

Certainly more secure than a press-fit wood peg, but I will note it takes a couple seconds to remove or replace. Perhaps a more coarse thread would make it quicker.

A tread designed like an artillery breech would be cool.

Push the plug in and rotate it 90 degrees.
