Grilled Shrimp

Six (6) medium shrimp person

½ Bacon strip per shrimp

Monterrey jack cheese

Jalapeño slices (sliced in narrow strips)

Italian dressing

1. Peel and de-vein each shrimp and slice a deep slit in shrimp with a sharp knife.

2. Put a piece of Monterrey jack cheese in the slit along with a piece of Jalapeno.

3. Wrap the shrimp in a piece of bacon.

4. Secure the bacon with a tooth pick.

6. Dunk the shrimp in the Italian dressing. Need to cook fairly soon as the Italian dressing will

start cooking the meat.

7. Either cook on the grill or broil it in the oven for about 10 minute or until the bacon is

cooked.
