Up for sale is a fighter/ skinner that is a great back-up to a one shot muzzleloader. This has been my knife for 40 years. Kids have no interest. Somewhere along the trail I lost the sheath. I am sure the talented folks here can make a suitable sheath to match.
I made this knife from a truck leaf spring. It is 15” long, 1/4” thick spine , full tang, laminated scales with brass pins in steel escutcheons, brass guard soldered to the handle.
This knife will skin your hides, chop and split bones and your fire wood for cooking.
It has some stains and character marks from use but is still razor sharp with no nicks on the edge.
First " I will take it " followed by a message to me on this forum will get the knife.
Now $90 shipped to your door by USPS priority mail.(10/13)
Payment by USPS Money Order (CONUS only please).
Thanks for looking,
Dan
