I read an article about a year or two ago in either Muzzle Blasts or Muzzleloader magazine about the gun building industry in Vermont in the early 1860's. It mentioned underhammer guns made at a Vermont factory and used prison lablor by a family named Hubbard or Hilliar??. I would like to locate the article. Can anyone tell me what magazine it was in and what the date of the magazine was?
