I have a typical British/European pistol case lined in felt. The felt is lifting and I need to either reattach or have someone reline. With all the curves and cutouts it should really go to an expert.Open to suggestions on type of glue (Elmers does not work) needs to set up quickly without dissolving the felt.Or who does this kind of work???Thanks

3m makes a spray adhesive for fabric that will work. Basically the same stuff they use for headliners in cars.

I second the 3m spray glue.
You could do this pretty easy yourself.
Find you some pooltable felt or felt from a craft store. Spray the base the felt is going on not the felt itself and use something like bone or plastic to push the felt into all the curves and pockets and that should do it. If you screw up pull it off and start over.
I have done headliners and paclage trays for cars.

Here here on the 3M spray adhesive it is a class act..and if money is no issue do yourself a favor and buy a can of 3M Decal and Adhesive remove to go with it then you can easily clean up your over spray. The later also works great on tar and pine pitch and won't hurt the paint surface of your car {except to remove the wax} #M stuff is all pretty much top quality stuff and top price
