I saw an h&r 12 gauge muzzleloader at the pawn shop is anybody familiar with this shotgun?

What can you tell me about it,history, The Good The bad?

It is in good condition what do you thinks its value should be? As you know pawn shops jack up the price.

The H&R muzzleloaders I've seen are modifications to their simple break open guns to provide a breech plug with a percussion nipple.
Most H&R guns are low cost.

You would probably find the people at Modern Muzzleloader forum know a lot more about them than the people on this traditional muzzleloader forum.

Here's a link to their site (which is owned by the same guy that owns this site).
