Half Stock Percussion Help

I have a hunting rifle with a Remington barrel & C Baker lock. It's similar to a Picket rifle & an A G Edwards rifle except that it has an octagon to round barrel. Have you seen one like it?

Have seen many late percussion rifles like this. Might be New York. Very nice though plain and unsigned so collectors value is low. Might be suitable to use as a shooter. Make sure it’s not loaded. Many old guns are.
