For sale is this knife "per aliqueum malleum, et conflabunt ignis !!" : "By hammer forge and fire !!" The blade is forged from 1084 high carbon steel with a highly polished finish and is differentially tempered for both resilliance and so your blade will keep a sharp edge. The handle scales are really nice curly maple with nice figure. The blade is 5 1/4 inches and the knife is 9 1/2 inches over all. The sheath has a rawhide liner done in the long hunter style and is hand sewn with linen thread. Asking $ 75 shipped (I pay the shipping) and insured to your door. Paypal, postal money order or personal check all accepted.
