Thanks guys, this was the big Four O! My wife consoled me by ordering a couple B-Day presents: sixty Black English flints from Tip Curtis and a neat little flint knapping tool someone recently recommended on the 'Forum. Its made of water hardening steel by Joe Lane Wood in Amarillo, TX. Looks like it will be easy to use.
